Standard delivery service for parcels: DPD*

• Delivery to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy

• The tracking number will be sent to you by email

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it is possible to contact the shipping company afterwards to adjust the delivery time.

Standard delivery service for larger-volume items: forwarding company GLS*

• Delivery to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and France

• Delivery is “curbside free”, i.e. not automatically to the front door. The transport into the house (or to the point of use) as well as the disposal of the packaging and pallet is carried out by the customer. (If you would like a delivery service to your home or office, please book our premium delivery service)

Delivery with standard delivery service (“free curbside”)

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Please note that your signature will otherwise confirm receipt of the shipment in perfect condition. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

Cost

• 1€ per km from Eupen
• Furniture deliveries over €1,000 (including VAT) are free of charge up to 150km around Eupen
  

Possible for delivery to the countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy

(Mainland – conditions to be agreed separately for island deliveries)

Scope of services

• Delivery by our professional delivery team from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m
• Exact delivery date in consultation between customer and in-house scheduling
• Transport the items to the specified domicile
• Assembly of the products by experienced specialist personnel (2-man team)
• Disposal of packaging

Delivery times

Products that can be delivered immediately are usually handed over to our shipping partners on the same day if the order is received by 12 p.m. Please note that if you pay in advance (bank transfer) and credit card, shipping can only take place after receipt of payment.

Products to order

The delivery time for products that we do not have in stock depends on the respective manufacturer. The goods are ordered immediately upon receipt of payment. As soon as we receive the shipment from the manufacturer, we will work hard to ship it to you.

Delivery with premium delivery service

Please check the product for visible defects after assembly by our delivery team - before signing the invoice/delivery note. Otherwise these can no longer be objected to afterwards.

Shipping conditions for goods from SALES

Up to a distance of 150km from Eupen, the premium delivery service is included for furniture from €1,000 including VAT. In addition, this costs €1 for each additional kilometer from 150km from Eupen (e.g. €150 for a distance of 300km from Eupen).

Curbside delivery without assembly service for large-volume items is subject to a flat rate surcharge of €100 for SALES goods for Benelux and Germany and €200 for France.

For parcels (goods that are sent via parcel service), shipping over a value of €200 is still free. Delivery with or without assembly service can be arranged to any address in Europe. You can request more detailed images of each product sold before ordering.
